Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Assess employee functionality and produce quality reports within the allocated timeframe.
- Provide advice/support to employers on complex matters to facilitate employee rehabilitation back to work after sick leave.
- Ensure the delivery and coordination of occupational health services and administration processes are implemented accordingly.
- Complete the full range of services: medical information calls, management referrals, advice calls, ad hoc advice calls, Work Health Assessment reviews, follow-up calls, and report triage.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Either a specialist degree or a Diploma in Occupational Health.
- Current Licence (preferably Part 3 of Register) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Currently practising in Occupational Health.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload to ensure timely completion, especially before annual leave.
Desirable Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and IT skills.
- Experience working towards KPIs and SLAs.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.
- Experience with Occupational Health referrals across various organisations.
