Step into a pivotal role as a Lead Occupational Health Administrator! My client is seeking a skilled professional to lead their administrative team in managing all aspects of occupational health.

The Role

You will support the Occupational Health manager in achieving objectives, ensuring client responses meet SLA standards. Reporting to the manager, the role is suited to someone with administrative experience, responsible for monitoring KPIs, conducting quality assessments, and ensuring team compliance with clinical governance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Ensure all individual and team KPIs are adhered to daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Conduct regular catch-ups, participate in monthly meetings, reviews, and 1-1s.
  • Liaise with the occupational health manager for feedback and improvements.
  • Perform quality assessments and provide feedback to administrators.
  • Investigate complaints and liaise with clients and service managers regarding service issues.
  • Manage team absence, sickness, and lateness, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Accurately enter clinical data daily into a secured CRM system.
  • Manage ongoing Occupational Health referrals to meet SLAs.
  • Coordinate with employers, employees, and practitioners on administrative queries.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business growth.
  • Follow ISO and SQOHS policies to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record of exceeding KPIs and targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High computer literacy (Word, Excel).
  • Experience in communication with management.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience in data entry, scheduling, and diary management.
