Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bar Tender and Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality hospitality, ensuring that every customer feels welcomed and valued. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organised dining environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all items meet our quality standards.
  • Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
  • Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash.
  • A passion for providing outstanding customer service with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
