About the Role
As an important member of the sales support team, you will be responsible for preparing quotations and processing orders for both new and existing customers in a busy, fast-paced environment. The role involves supporting trade customers and internal sales teams while delivering excellent communication and customer service throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Process quotations and orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers and colleagues when required
- Prepare and annotate documentation before production
- Amend customer quotations and orders as needed
- Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding queries, technical advice, and order updates
- Follow up on outstanding order confirmations
- Respond promptly to incoming enquiries and customer requests
- Maintain regular communication with customers to build strong working relationships and keep them informed throughout the process
- Update schedules and spreadsheets on a daily basis
- Work towards achieving individual and team targets
- Ensure all quotations are prepared professionally and accurately
- Follow up with customers regarding updates and ongoing enquiries

- Experience with aluminium windows and doors, or estimating software such as LogiKal or V6
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong customer service skills
