We are recruiting a Scheduler / Stock Administrator / Office Coordinator to join a growing telecommunications and plant asset management division based in Flamstead. You will support nationwide operations by coordinating engineers, managing plant and machinery assets, and ensuring compliance across more than 10,000 tools and equipment items.
Key Responsibilities – Scheduling & Asset Management
- Schedule internal and external engineers daily, weekly and monthly
- Monitor job progress to ensure completion targets are met
- Maintain asset and plant records in line with legislation
- Arrange repairs, order parts and minimise equipment downtime
- Issue stock, tools and machinery to engineers
- Maintain accurate stock control records
- Handle client and internal enquiries via phone and email
- Produce reports and maintain accurate administrative documentation
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in scheduling, plant coordination, stock control or engineering administration
- Strong IT skills (Excel, stock management systems, order processing software)
- Organised with high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Experience within telecoms, plant, civils or engineering environments beneficial
