Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Plant Administrator to join our team on-site. This role is focused on providing high-quality administrative support across multiple departments within a busy manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will manage operational records, maintain systems, support reporting, and assist teams with data- related tasks. While this is primarily an administrative role, experience with SQL is required to help extract, analyse, and manipulate data to support reporting and operational insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operation across the plant.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational databases.
  • Support internal systems and assist staff with basic IT or data queries.
  • Use SQL to extract and analyse data, helping generate reports and support business insights.
  • Ensure data integrity and assist in maintaining accurate operational information.
  • Assist departments with data entry, reporting, and process documentation.
  • Support internal reporting processes, helping improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to ensure information flows smoothly and processes are followed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and system processes.
