This is a varied and fast-paced role that will involve supporting the Manager with day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of organisation, communication, and customer service across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out a wide range of administrative duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and document management.
- Answering incoming telephone calls, taking messages, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Managing incoming and outgoing emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Preparing and formatting documents, reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
- Maintaining and updating internal databases and systems with accurate information.
- Assisting with order processing, invoicing, and general office administration tasks.
