As a learning and development trainer you will be responsible for delivering both practical and theoretical training, conducting assessments, and overseeing the accreditation process for new, existing, and external learners. This role involves developing individuals to meet industry and company standards, managing learner progress, and ensuring the efficient operation of the training centre. You will also support the creation and continuous improvement of training materials, maintaining alignment with organisational goals and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
