Job Title: Solar PV Field Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000 – £75,000 per year (Base salary plus commission)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed

Location: London and surrounding areas

Role Overview

A growing opportunity exists for a driven and experienced Field Sales Representative to focus on selling Solar PV systems and

battery storage solutions throughout London, the South East, and the Home Counties. This position is ideal for a results-

oriented individual with a strong foundation in direct sales and a solid understanding of solar products. The role offers a

blend of base salary and high-earning commission potential, alongside full employment benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Solar PV and battery storage systems directly to residential customers

• Attend in-home appointments, understand customer needs, and tailor proposals

• Build rapport and trust with clients, using a consultative, no-pressure approach

• Close sales confidently and efficiently

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline progress

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely installation and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven direct sales experience (minimum 3 years)

• Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems and related technologies

• Excellent communication and closing skills

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools

• Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-driven

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

Desirable Backgrounds

• Previous experience in Solar, Home Improvements (e.g. windows and doors), B2C face-to-face or telesales roles

• Confident working independently and managing a personal sales pipeline

• A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
