The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
In your role you will be responsible for delivering both practical and theoretical training, conducting assessments and managing accreditations for new, existing and external colleagues. You will develop learners in a structured and competent manner, track and assess their progress, and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the training centre. Additionally, you will adhere to both client and company guidelines when delivering industry‑recognised accreditations and represent the organisation to promote methodologies and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering practical and theory training, conducting assessments and managing accreditations for new, existing and external colleagues.
- Developing all learners in a structured, competent and efficient manner to meet the required training standards.
- Assessing learners' progress and maintaining accurate records of their assessments and outcomes.
- Managing planning, maintaining and continuously developing the training centre where you will deliver courses.
- Adhering to client and company guidelines when conducting industry‑recognised accreditations.
- Representing the organisation professionally, articulating both company and client methodologies and solutions to staff and management at various levels.
- Developing and creating new and existing training material to keep content relevant and up‑to‑date.

- Extensive knowledge of the Openreach accreditation process.

- Experience working with company and client organisations to develop training content.
- Proven ability to create and develop effective training materials.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous coaching or training experience is highly desirable.
- A recognised teaching or training qualification (desirable).
