About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and organised Installations Manager to oversee refurbishment installation projects across multiple sites including Welling Garden City Wellingborough and Greenwich. You will manage and support 45 two‑man installation teams ensuring work is delivered efficiently, safely and to a high standard. The role involves visiting sites, planning installation schedules, liaising with clients and internal teams and ensuring smooth delivery of all projects. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being on site, problem‑solving and managing people and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 45 two‑man installation teams
- Manage refurbishment installation schedules and site visits
- Ensure high‑quality installation standards are maintained
- Liaise with customers, site contacts and internal departments
- Monitor progress and resolve on‑site issues promptly
- Conduct quality checks and ensure health & safety compliance
- Plan workloads, materials and access requirements
- Provide support, guidance and leadership to installation teams
Requirements
- Experience managing installation or fitting teams (refurbishment or construction preferred)
- Strong site‑coordination and scheduling skills
- Good communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Calm, organised and proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams
- Full UK driving licence (van provided)
