About the Role: We are seeking a professional and organised Installations Coordinator to support our installation team working on social housing contracts across the South East. This role is ideal for someone calm under pressure and confident communicating with residents, installation teams and site management. You will be the central point of contact ensuring installation appointments are scheduled, queries are answered and communication runs smoothly between all parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with social housing tenants to book installation appointments.
- Coordinate daily schedules and updates for fitters via SharePoint.
- Communicate with contract managers regarding access updates and issues.
- Handle inbound calls from tenants regarding appointments and installation queries.
- Attend sites when needed to resolve access or communication problems.
- Maintain accurate appointment tracking and progress updates.
- Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of appointment times and changes.
- Provide a calm, supportive and professional service at all times.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong customer communication skills; professional, calm and empathetic.
- Excellent organisational and IT skills (SharePoint experience a plus).
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks confidently.
- Experience in social housing installations, fenestration or construction preferred.
- Understanding of Kömmerling or similar glazing systems beneficial (training available).
- UK driving licence (for occasional site visits).
Hours & Terms: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. Occasional site travel required.
