We are seeking an enthusiastic administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied and fast-paced role that will involve supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of organisation, communication, and customer service across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out a wide range of administrative duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and document management
  • Answering incoming telephone calls, taking messages, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Managing incoming and outgoing emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Preparing and formatting documents, reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
  • Maintaining and updating internal databases and systems with accurate information
  • Assisting with order processing, invoicing, and general office administration tasks
  • Supporting management and colleagues with ad hoc administrative duties as required
  • Ensuring all records are kept up to date and comply with company procedures
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, and external contacts in a professional manner
  • Helping to improve administrative processes and suggesting efficiencies where appropriate

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable but not essential
