Role Overview

As a Residential Estimator you will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate and competitive quotations for premium window door and conservatory products. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking expert advice and tailored solutions for their home improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed surveys and precise measurements to ensure accurate quotations and product specifications.
• Advise customers on the most appropriate products based on their specific needs, preferences, and budget.
• Utilize 3D drawing systems and design software to prepare detailed and accurate quotations. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from estimation to installation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in estimating for residential window, door, and conservatory projects.
• Proficiency in 3D drawing systems and design software used for product design, and depth knowledge of various window and door systems including uPVC, aluminium, and timber products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to customers clearly.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments and tasks efficiently.
