A rare Senior Account Executive/Account Manager role is now available, with the core focus of working at the heart of the Beiersdorf business – home of one of the most trusted brands in the UK, Nivea.

You’ll also get to show off your duality by working on the Eucerin brand.

And finally, you will get to flex some serious media relations skills, working as part of the Porter Novelli global team on ground-breaking brand, Omnipod.

This holy trinity portfolio sits in the wider Corporate & Brand division, where you will collaborate and execute creative, bold comms, events and influencer plans.

You will be guided by an expert team and given the space to coach junior members who will look to you for guidance and inspiration.

This is a very visible role with lots of client-facing time, so you will be comfortable leaning into conversation and giving regular, clear feedback. At this point in your career, you will appreciate the importance of meticulous attention to detail, deadlines, and deliverables.

It’s also a role where you’ll be identifying the next generation of influencers and content creators, brokering deals with talent management, and ensuring smooth rollout of partnerships.

  • Client Communication: Support the day-to-day client relationship, proactively identifying opportunities, responding to briefs, and delivering counsel with support from senior leaders.
  • Campaign Delivery: Lead the execution of integrated campaigns – from media mailers and influencer activations to product launches and creative storytelling.
  • Media & Influencer Relations: Leverage your strong network of beauty media and influencers to secure impactful coverage and build brand advocacy.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our designers, planners, and creatives to develop compelling assets and campaign ideas that resonate with audiences.
  • Project & Team Management: Oversee timelines, delegate tasks clearly to junior team members, and ensure high-quality delivery across all touchpoints.
  • Trendspotting & Insights: Stay ahead of beauty and wellness trends, identifying cultural moments and news-jacking opportunities that can elevate our work.
  • Content & Copy: Review and refine press releases, social content, and messaging documents to ensure they’re client-ready and on-brand.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Present campaign results and insights to clients, using data to inform future strategy and demonstrate impact.

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in PR or communications, ideally within beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
  • A strong understanding of the UK media landscape and influencer ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead junior team members.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellence.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Ability to effectively utilise/learn how to use AI tools and technologies for key PR activities such as audience research, trend identification, and content development.
  • Familiarity with social and digital trends, and a desire to grow in this space.
