Responsibilities
- Proactively target, engage, and build lasting relationships with high-value customers across the INTL region.
- Profile customers individually by analysing their shopping patterns, preferences, and lifestyle insights.
- Provide tailored styling and product recommendations through deep knowledge of fashion trends and collections.
- Identify, prioritise, and manage sales leads effectively to maximise conversion opportunities.
- Increase client spend and loyalty by understanding customer needs and delivering a personalised experience.
- Conduct one-on-one client appointments and ensure prompt follow-up after events and partnerships.
- Drive acquisition of new high-value clients and optimise every opportunity to grow the customer base.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs while maintaining strong awareness of global fashion trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share customer insights, inform strategy, and support client relations and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing sales roles, preferably in luxury fashion and with Personal Shopping experience
- Proven experience within a sales target driven environment, achieving personal sales goals
- Excellent communication, customer service and inter-personal skills, with confidence to network and build genuine relationships with customers
- Strong commercial awareness in luxury fashion
- An eye for detail and good organisational skills is essential
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Results driven and motivated attitude
- Computer literate (usage of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as Outlook and Excel)
