Description
We have an excellent opportunity for a commercial property Associate to join our highly successful Commercial Property teams in either Yeovil or Taunton. This role offers quality work with exceptional clients on transactional and advisory work to include landlord and tenant, acquisitions and sales of commercial property, property development, property finance, landlord and tenant and corporate real estate work.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a reputable and dedicated team with a real sense of collaboration and team spirit. To assist with the current workload, supporting Partners and senior fee earners this role will also play a key role in supporting and expanding the firm’s client base.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Joining our reputable Commercial Property department, this role would best suit someone who is ambitious, pro-active, and enthusiastic, with great interpersonal skills. You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years post qualification experience in commercial property with a real interest in expanding your experience and knowledge within a supportive and successful team.
