We have an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Advisor to join our Yeovil office to assist with a growing busy workload. Offering interesting and varied work, this position will play a key role in supporting and expanding the Firm's client base in this area of the practice whilst adopting efficient working practices to ensure commercial objectives are met or surpassed.
In addition to your private client enthusiasm and expertise, we are looking for a team player who values every member of the team and wider firm and their contribution to the success of Porter Dodson. Key Responsibilities- Manage a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, LPAs, trusts and estate administration.
- Provide expert legal advice to individuals and families.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Contribute to business development.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards.
Joining our reputable private client department, this role would best suit someone who can demonstrate sound knowledge and a commercial application of the law and practice in this area. Experienced in dealing with Estate Administration, Wills, and LPAs, you must be able to conduct effective case and transaction management. Ideally 2–3 years PQE the successful candidate must be able to manage their own caseload with supervision. You will be ambitious, pro-active, and enthusiastic, with excellent interpersonal skills. The right candidate will have a growth mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture.
