We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate or Legal Advisor to head up our residential property team in Sherborne.

Key Responsibilities

Our well respected and friendly residential team covers the full spectrum of residential property law comprising sale and/or purchase of a property or land, remortgage, equity release and auction. You will join and head up a friendly, efficient and supportive team with the opportunity to further build the work in a niche area with HNW individuals and further build up the team.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Working in our Residential Property department, this role would best suit someone who is pro-active and enthusiastic, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. Alongside some excellent residential property experience either as a qualified solicitor or Legal Executive, you will have strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to multi-task and confident telephone manner.
