We have a unique opportunity in our Trusts team from Associate up to Senior Associate level to further bolster the team. Offering interesting and varied work, this position will play a key role in supporting and expanding the Firm’s client base and new referrals in this area of the practice whilst adopting efficient working practices to ensure commercial objectives are met or surpassed. This role can be hybrid with a mixture of home and office working, with flexibility to work across our 7 offices in the South West as well as full time or part time working options.

Joining our reputable private client department, this role would best suit someone who can demonstrate sound knowledge and a commercial application of the law and practice in this area. With a private client background and trust administration experience, the successful candidate must be able to manage their own caseload with supervision from a Partner. We believe someone with great trusts experience who may not be a qualified solicitor may also be a good fit for this role, so if you feel as though you have the right background, we will welcome an application from you. You will be ambitious, pro-active, and enthusiastic, with excellent interpersonal skills. The right candidate will have a growth mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture.
