The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate - Partner to join our thriving private client department in our wonderfully situated Poundbury office. Offering interesting and varied work, this position will play a key role in supporting and expanding the Firm’s client base and new referrals in this area of the practice whilst adopting efficient working practices to ensure commercial objectives are met or surpassed.
Role responsibilities to include:
- Managing a complex caseload of private client matters including wills, trusts, estate administration and probate.
- Provide expert legal advice to individuals and families.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Lead and mentor junior team members.
- Contribute to business development.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards.
About You
Joining our reputable private client department, this role would best suit someone who can demonstrate sound knowledge and a commercial application of the law and practice in this area. The successful candidate must be able to manage their own caseload, embrace business development and will likely be at Senior Associate to Partner level, looking for a move into a well-established and friendly team with the opportunity and support to further grow your practice.
