We are recruiting for a Global Professional development Manager to provide professional development support to Consulting and Support Team. This role involves setting PD strategy, managing training programs, providing individual development support, overseeing career progression, and contributing to performance management and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
PD Strategy & Direction:
- Define and implement PD strategy for all employee groups
- Conduct annual PD reviews and strategic reviews every 1-2 years.
- Set and manage the global training budget,
- Align PD processes with HR, finance, and other firm-wide operational strategies,
Training & Development:
- Oversee coordinate the training curriculum for Consulting and Support Teams.
- Manage internal trainers and external providers.
- Upgrade training content and ensure effective logistics and feedback collection.
Individual Development:
- Manage mentorship programs and promote high-quality coaching.
- Oversee one-to-one coaching for senior employees.
- Institutionalize pathway planning and identify external study opportunities.
Career Progression & Staffing:
- Maintain KPIs and job descriptions for Consulting employees.
- Ensure development needs are considered in staffing decisions.
Onboarding:
- Oversee onboarding processes managed by the PD Executive.
Performance Management:
- Oversee evaluation processes and manage performance management tools, including collation of feedback.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in Professional Development, Learning & Development, or Talent Management.
- Experience in consulting or professional services is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in managing global training programs and career development strategies.
- Strong understanding of performance management and staffing processes.
