We are seeking an experienced Work Based Learning Practitioner to fulfil the role of Programme & Qualifications Lead to oversee the delivery and administration of bespoke and non-apprenticeship funded programmes and qualifications. The role is responsible for managing and supporting a team of Professional Development Consultants, ensuring learner caseloads are effectively managed and programmes are delivered to a high standard.

There will be the expectation of teaching hours as part of this role. You will oversee learner progress throughout the programme lifecycle and work closely with internal teams to help ensure a positive and consistent learner experience while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency. You will also monitor performance against contractual requirements and commercial income targets, identifying and addressing risks as they arise.

This position is home (field) based; however, some travel may be expected on occasions, so the ability to travel is essential.

  • Starting Salary: £33,500 per annum, PLUS a Welsh-speaking uplift.
  • Additional Benefits: Laptop, mobile phone, generous holiday package, contributory pension scheme and more.
  • Base: Field-based (Home-based).
  • Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week), although reduced hours will be considered.
