What The Role Has To Offer:

This programme will launch your engineering career by working on cutting‑edge embedded systems using C++, C#, Python and advanced frameworks such as QT, .NET, UNITY, LabView and MATLAB/SIMULINK across Windows and robust Linux environments such as RedHat, Ubuntu and VxWorks. You will develop real‑world solutions utilizing industry‑standard tools including Visual Studio, Rhapsody, Eclipse, Yocto and Vivado and collaborate with teams through modern workflows in Bitbucket, Git and DOORS.
Requirements:
It is a 3‑year programme with the option to rotate, in Year 3, around the country across different business units, experiencing the full engineering lifecycle. You will be assigned to a succession of new or existing programmes where you will work with and be supported by other engineers to design and develop engineering solutions to meet customer needs. During your time on the programme you will be under the sponsorship and guidance of the Engineering Leadership team and will follow a structured learning pathway to fast‑track your development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject (e.g., Computer Science, Computing, Computing and Data Science, Software Engineering, Combined Software & Electronic Engineering) or be on track to achieve one of these by the start of the programme. All applicable technical or related degrees will be considered.

Important Dates:
Assessment centres for shortlisted candidates will be held between February – May 2026. Induction week for all graduates and apprentices will take place from Monday 07 September to Friday 11 September 2026. Closing date: 11:59 pm on Monday 5 January 2026. Roles may close earlier than the advertised deadline if we receive a high number of applications.
