We are looking for 3 Skilled Site Operatives, ideally with joinery or carpentry experience, to join our Site Services Installations Team.

As a skilled site operative, you'll be responsible for installing and fitting out modular buildings to a high specification, working across a variety of client sites nationwide.

The position involves extensive travel and working away from home; please only apply if you are able to be away for up to 2 weeks at a time and enjoy being on the road.

Role Details:
  • 16.56 basic hourly rate
  • Scaled Merit Rate following probation with additional Plus rates for senior duties
  • Overtime rates: time and a half / double time (depending on hours/days worked)
  • Location: Sites across the UK (minimum 5 days per week away from home, with some weekend working)
  • Permanent
  • Annual leave of 25 days per annum plus bank holidays and opportunity to buy an additional 5 days each year
  • Full Driving License

In this role you will be required to:

  • Install, fit out and maintain modules to agreed specifications
  • Assist with cranage operations and other trade activities on site
  • Read and interpret technical drawings
  • Report and help to prevent Health and Safety issues
