We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Operations Controller to join GB Hire in Trafford Park, Manchester. The role will provide both pre and post order support for all elements of project delivery and will involve travel on a daily basis to customer sites. The role is based in Manchester; however, you will also be able to work from other Hire Centres in region to allow support of the team and access to local live sites. You will provide project delivery support to the Project Management teams through the initial assessment of all logistic and cranage requirements for site works with subsequent provision of cost and risk mitigation measures as required. This includes initial site setup assessments, access, and egress for construction traffic, lifting operations, provision of welfare design in accordance with CDM 2015. As a Site Operations Controller, you will focus primarily on providing adequate pre-construction management to ensure that Portakabin sites are ready for construction. You will work closely with the projects team to develop safe, and cost effect installation and dismantle methodologies for Portakabin buildings whilst identifying and managing risks and opportunities. Role Details: Annual salary up to 42,000 dependent on skills and experience.
