Join us as a Sales Executive in Aylesbury to drive sales and order‑winning activities by promoting Portakabin products and services. We are looking for someone who has substantial administrative experience in a customer‑service environment, thrives in a target‑driven setting, and can perform business development activities such as cold calling. Candidates should have basic Microsoft Office skills, SAP experience, and a minimum GCSE in Maths and English.

Base Pay Range: Annual salary up to £25,000–£30,000, dependent on skills and experience. Commission of up to £5,000. Permanent role, based in Aylesbury, HP18 0XB. Annual leave 25 days per annum plus bank holidays. Opportunity to buy an additional 5 days each year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all commercial administrative activities accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and colleagues across different teams to support business development, commercial and administrative tasks to achieve order targets at agreed margins.
  • Support onboarding and provide on‑the‑job training for new team members as required.
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly, escalating where necessary to improve processes and share learning.
  • Prioritise customer service to maximise satisfaction and ensure continuity of service for future order‑winning opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to understand and confirm stock availability, refurbishment and fit‑out details.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to expedite collection of outstanding customer payments.
  • Maintain effective relationships across teams and respond to administrative queries through appropriate communication channels.
  • Prepare quotations accurately and follow up with customers on time.
  • Keep stock records accurate and regularly updated.
  • Achieve customer cash collection targets through timely customer payments.
  • Conduct structured business development campaigns to meet order targets.
