Base Pay Range
- Role: Project Manager
- Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 plus car and yearly bonus

Responsibilities
- Lead the business unit Project Management function, overseeing Project Controllers and Project Administrators.
- Directly manage major projects, ensuring all necessary safety measures are in place and providing effective programme, contract management, and cost control systems.
- Work collaboratively with Site Services Manager and Service Managers to support labour resources required for projects.
- Create a baseline programme of project scope, ensuring all elements are adequately programmed for quality, reputation, and Health & Safety.
- Report on any changes to baseline throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and communicate with all internal resources and third parties to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget, including full change control throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Criteria
- Strong Project Management experience in construction-related roles.
- Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams on complex/high-value building projects.
- Experience influencing and persuading internal & external customers and subcontractors.
- Budgetary control of projects.
- Experience in negotiation of terms and final accounts.
- Experience in key market sectors – Education & Health.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
