h2 Process Worker – Peterborough – Peterborough /h2 p strong Role – Process Worker – /strong strong Peterborough /strong /p p Hourly rate: £15.32 per hour. /p p Extensive Over Time. /p p Opportunity to earn additional hourly rate between £0.25 – £4.38 based on skill set and behaviours. /p p We have an exciting opportunity for a strong Process /strong strong Worker /strong to join our team in the Portakabin Hire Division based in Peterborough. In this role you will be responsible for assembling and installing manufactured components or products to agreed design specification and tolerance. This includes the safe handling, moving, installing and finishing to specification and within deadlines under the guidance of a line manager. /p p strong Role Responsibilities /strong /p p Apply lean principles and techniques to help and contribute to your team delivering and exceeding our KPI targets. /p p Ensure compliance with relevant Health and Safety practices and all applicable legislation to encourage and maintain a zero-harm environment and culture. /p p Prepare products to be installed or dismantled for safe transport. /p p Undertake the installation or dismantle of Building Services products to agreed standards in the most efficient manner. /p p Carry out after hire inspections and report findings once the products are returned to the depot in order to prepare invoice for damages. /p p Liaise with stores to ensure correct materials are present for task in hand. /p p Ensure all product materials are stored in a safe tidy manner. /p p Ensure company vehicles, tools and equipment are maintained to the highest possible standards to maximise their use and prolong life. /p p Undertake the preparation of Building Services products. /p p Be thorough in the separation and segregation of waste to meet environmental requirements. /p p Ensure reused fittings and materials are utilised as a priority without compromising quality. /p p strong Our Ideal Candidate /strong /p p We are looking for someone who has: /p p Proven operational experience related to trade/role. /p p Experience of working in a client facing role. /p p Strong ability in establishing good relationships with customers and staff, building effective networks. /p p Experience gained within construction/related industry. /p p Full UK Driving Licence – You will be driving to customer sites. /p p Ability to accept and tackle demanding goals with enthusiasm. /p p Good organisation planning skills. /p p strong For a full list of role responsibilities and how to apply please follow the link – /strong /p p We aim to respond to all applications within 7 working days.
