We are looking for a driven, field-based National Site Manager to join our successful team at Portakabin mainly covering the Southern Regions. There will still be national travel on occasions.
You will be an experienced Site Manager who thrives being on the road, daily, going to the different site locations in the southern regions. You will have had an extensive and exciting career journey as a site manager, travelling nationally. Looking for candidates living in the southern regions.
- Salary: Up to £55,000 Depending on Experience
- Annual Bonus: 10% - Dependant on company performance
- Company Car
- Location: Travelling Monday - Friday - Mainly covering the Southern Regions but also nationally when required
- Full UK driving license Required
- Eligible for Private Medical Scheme
- Annual leave: 25 days per annum plus bank holidays and opportunity to buy an additional 5 days.
To be successful in this role you will have a wealth of proven experience as a site manager consistently achieving project goals. Extensive experience managing a variety of construction operations. You will ensure successful management of the designated site activities to ensure programme, cost, quality and safety objectives are achieved.
In this role you will be required to:
- Support the pre-construction team in developing site logistics and site access strategies
- Plan, organise and maintain appropriate site welfare requirements
