We are looking for a Production Administrator to join our successful team at our head office in York (must be local).
As a Production Administrator, you'll be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing data is processed in an accurate and timely manner, in line with company procedures and timescales.

Role Details:- Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience.
- Role based: New Lane, Huntington, York, YO32 9PT
- You must live local to York
- Permanent
- Hours are 7:30-16:30 Monday - Thursday and 7:30-13:00 Friday.
- Annual on target bonus of 2.5% - Depending on company performance
- Annual leave of 25 days per annum plus bank holidays and opportunity to buy an additional 5 days.
In this role you will be required to:
- Ensure that the process of entering job sheets onto both our internal ERP system (SAP) and spreadsheets is carried out in an efficient and timely manner.
- Assist with onboarding new starters and inductions.
- Review and validate Hub data to ensure it complies with Company rules and procedures.
- Standard operating procedure (SOP) administration.
- SAP transactions.
- Dispatch Process.
- Provide general administrative support within the defined area, ensuring activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Manage documents, process information, create correspondence, maintain records and collate reports.
- Produce reports and provide accurate information to stakeholders as required.
- Ensure systems and records are regularly updated and accurate.
- Support the delivery of specific projects or initiatives by providing administrative input as required.
- Respond to queries effectively, escalating where appropriate.
- Support compliance with company procedures, standards and policies.
- Produce inspections for modules on IAuditor.
- Produce engraved ID Plates for modules.
- Process invoices for operatives employed through agency.
- Manage training for shop floor operatives on the internal system.
- Experience in an administration role, demonstrating teamwork and analytical thinking.
- Exceptional organisation, planning and attention to detail is key in this role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support colleagues, visitors and stakeholders effectively.
- Experienced and confident in using Microsoft Office package and other systems simultaneously.
