Role based: Portakabin (Site Accommodation) Warrington, WA4 4RE

Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 7:45am to 4:30pm, on Fridays from 7:45am to 3:30pm

We are seeking Multi Skilled Operative to join our team in Warrington. These roles will play a critical part in carrying out refurbishment and fit-out of buildings; ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards, supporting on-time and cost-effective delivery for customers.

In this role you will be required to:

  • Maintain a safe, organised and compliant working environment, in line with health, safety and environmental standards.
  • Follow technical instructions, RAMS and company procedures to complete work safely, efficiently and to the required quality.
  • Carry out refurbishment and fit-out activities following technical specifications, SOPs, RAMS and company procedures, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality.
  • Support colleagues by assisting with activities across the team, supporting activities outside own experience where qualified or experienced to do so.
  • Contribute to team delivery by working collaboratively and escalating issues promptly where they cannot be resolved.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Experience gained in operational environments, working across a variety of semi-skilled activities.
  • Practical skills are acquired through training and supervised application.
  • Basic knowledge of tools, equipment and materials, with experience of using them safely.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
