We are looking for a Site Manager (Multi-Site - Groundworks) to join our team based in Highbridge covering South West and Wales region.
As a Site Manager (Multi-Site - Groundworks) you will deliver groundworks projects on site safely by managing day-to-day activities, ensuring operations run efficiently and work is completed in line with programme requirements, quality and compliance standards.
Role Details:- Annual salary up to £41,000 dependent on skills and experience, plus potential annual-on-target bonus of up to 5% subject to business performance
- Role based: Highbridge, TA9 4PW, covering South West and Wales region
- Company Car
- Contract type: Permanent
- Annual leave of 25 days per annum plus bank holidays and opportunity to buy an additional 5 days each year.
As Site Manager (Multi-Site - Groundworks) in this role you will be required to:
- Supervise contractors and oversee site works to ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental and operational standards.
- Carry out site audits and inspections, producing accurate progress and compliance reports.
- Evaluate and contribute to RAMS, ensuring safe systems of work are followed on site.
- Verify subcontractors are compliant, competent and appropriately qualified.
- Identify gaps or issues in project scope, resources or delivery, escalating to stakeholders for resolution.
- Monitor changes to works, ensuring timely communication and accurate record-keeping.
- Support protection of project financial performance through efficient site practices and compliance with agreed scope.

As Site Manager (Multi-Site - Groundworks), our Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in construction or groundworks roles, with broad knowledge of materials, trades, HSE requirements, building methods and relevant regulations.
- Proven experience supervising multiple site activities, including contractors and subcontractors.
- Ability to interpret construction information such as surveys, drawings and specifications.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office and familiar with construction planning/programme software.
- Aware of modular and off-site construction methods, groundworks and infrastructure practices.
- Experience using business systems such as SAP and CRM tools is desirable.
