Location: Bordon, GU35 0JB (Portakabin) — Full‑time, Permanent.

Base Pay Range: £25,000 – £29,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience. Plus commission scheme.

Role Details: The Administrator will provide administrative and coordination support to ensure accurate records, cost control and programme information.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and system updates to support cost control, programme management and operational reporting.
  • Process and monitor information in systems to identify issues and track costs.
  • Coordinate services with third parties, such as crane hire and transport, to support timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Support the allocation and scheduling of buildings and products by providing accurate information and documentation.
  • Contribute to work planning by gathering, collating and sharing information to aid team decision‑making.

  • Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Systematic and methodical, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Effective communicator, building positive relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
  • Experience working in an operational environment with awareness of operational processes and the impact on project delivery.
  • Competent user of MS Office (Excel and Word).
  • Experience of SAP desirable.
