Location: Belfast
Duration: 1 year Fixed Term Contract
You are a Site Manager who would relish the opportunity to join an established and welcoming team working from our Belfast office and travelling nationwide.
With a background in site management, you’ll be confident in working both independently and with wider areas of the business.
You’ll be learning from the best, joining an ambitious and supportive team with extensive company and industry experience. They are looking forward to sharing their skills and knowledge with someone eager to learn and develop in their career at Portakabin.
You will ensure successful management of construction activities and successfully deliver our projects in line with safety, programme, cost, and quality objectives. There will be travel to various sites throughout Ireland as required.
As Site Manager you will:
- Manage all site activities to ensure that safety, programme, cost, and quality objectives are met.
- Support with site visits to better understand installation requirements, price installation of standalone cabins and modular buildings.
- Be responsible for developing lift plans for lifting activities on customer sites nationwide.
- Create a safe working environment on site and ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with Health & Safety legislation, Portakabin Site Operations Manual and relevant processes.
- Be the primary contact for all Portakabin Group employees and contractors and have first line responsibility for all activities on site.
