About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Accounts Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time position working five days a week, ideal for someone who enjoys supporting others to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with data entry on Sage Line 50 and CSM (Caravan and Storage Management)
- Providing day-to-day administrative support
- Managing emails, phone calls, and general enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating diaries
- Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
- Supporting wider office operations as and when needed
About You
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable using Sage Line 50, Microsoft Office and general office software
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous admin experience is desirable
