Based in our Farnham, Head Office we are currently looking for a commercially aware, customer focussed Hospitality Sales Advisor who will thrive on the challenges and complexities of supporting our luxury hotel and hospitality clients.

What you'll do

  • Provide outstanding customer service, manage hospitality projects and sales opportunities, and support key partners, distributors, designers, and hospitality clients while ensuring projects progress smoothly from specification through to order delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality clients and industry partners.
  • Manage incoming enquiries from the Hospitality shared inbox.
  • Pursue and convert inbound sales leads.
  • Qualify and manage hospitality projects, ensuring specifications, agreements are correctly communicated internally.
  • Actively maintain records on Sales Force for each project, ensuring up to date information is recorded for reporting and accessibility by others.
  • Provide monthly project progress reports, including orders due and key updates to Senior within the department.
  • Attend company events, design industry events and sales activities where required.
  • Undertake additional duties as required by management.
  • What you'll need
  • Previous sales and customer service experience (commercial design project experience advantageous).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in the use of Office and Excel and ideally Salesforce
  • Keen interest in the Interior Design industry
