We’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to own the day-to-day execution of inbound, warehousing, and outbound logistics across Port’s supply chain. This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring products flow smoothly from suppliers to 3PLs and onward to hubs, while maintaining high delivery performance, inventory accuracy, and operational visibility.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re comfortable working independently, managing external partners, and proactively resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Logistics & Operations Execution
- Coordinate inbound shipments from suppliers to UK/EU warehouses
- Track shipments, manage ETAs, and proactively flag delays or risks
- Coordinate outbound deliveries from 3PLs to hubs and partners
- Support hub replenishment planning and execution
- Resolve delivery issues including delays, shortages, and damages
- 3PL & Warehouse Management
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for 3PL partners
- Coordinate receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatch activities
- Monitor warehouse performance against SLAs
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with 3PLs
- Support periodic stock counts and reconciliations
- Purchase Order & Delivery Management
- Track purchase orders from confirmation through delivery
- Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and logistics partners
- Ensure accurate inbound delivery, GRN, and inventory records in Odoo ERP
- Maintain complete and accurate logistics documentation
- Operational Reporting & Controls
- Maintain operational KPIs (OTIF, lead times, delivery performance)
- Prepare weekly and monthly supply chain reports
- Highlight risks, constraints, and exceptions to the Supply Chain Manager
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Product teams to align delivery priorities
- Support ERP and process improvement initiatives
- Assist with onboarding new logistics partners or hubs
- Experience
- 2–5 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations roles
- Hands-on experience working with 3PLs and freight providers
- Experience managing inbound and outbound logistics flows
- Exposure to ERP systems (Odoo preferred, not essential)
- Experience operating in an international supply chain environment
