The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Hub Operations Associate to manage the day-to-day "on-the-ground" processes of our parcel delivery operations. You will be the engine room of our delivery network, ensuring that every rider is trained, every shift is covered, and every parcel is handled with maximum efficiency and care. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented "doer" who thrives in the middle of the action.
Responsibilities
- Ground Operations & Warehouse Management: Execute end-to-end delivery processes within the hubs (warehouses), ensuring reliability and safety. Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on-site to maintain world-class operational standards. Monitor real-time performance data to identify and resolve immediate bottlenecks in the warehouse or on the road. Maintain the physical hub environment, ensuring it remains a safe and efficient space for the team.
- Rider Lifecycle & Sourcing: Lead "hands-on" sourcing efforts to recruit high-quality new riders for the platform. Conduct comprehensive training and onboarding sessions to ensure riders are ready to deliver safely and efficiently. Act as the primary point of contact for riders from their first day, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Active Riders Management: Manage shift scheduling to ensure 100% coverage and alignment with delivery targets. Monitor active rider performance, providing real-time feedback and coaching to hit quality standards. Track and report on rider quality metrics, ensuring all SLAs with our parcel partners are met or exceeded. Resolve daily service issues with a bias for action to keep the delivery network moving.
About You

- Data-Driven: You use data to make quick decisions about scheduling and performance management.
- Adaptable: You are comfortable in high-growth environments where speed and precision matter equally.
