We're looking for a skilled plumber to join our busy maintenance team at the Port of Tyne. You'll look after the plumbing and water hygiene systems across our estate and help keep our facilities and equipment safe and running smoothly. - Supporting domestic plumbing systems and carrying out water jetting as required
- Helping to operate and maintain our wood pellet boilers
- Supporting fire and sprinkler system inspections and maintenance

- Mentoring and supporting apprentices with on-the-job guidance and training
- Pitching in on general estates maintenance outside your core plumbing duties
Health, Safety and Compliance
Safety is central to this role. You'll make sure all work meets HSE legislation and company procedures, carry out risk assessments and toolbox talks, work under permit-to-work, and keep maintenance records and statutory inspections accurate. You'll also help promote a strong safety culture across the team.
