Role Responsibilities

  • You’ll lead the development and delivery of internal communications that drive engagement, alignment, and performance across the organisation.
  • Strategic communications
  • Design and deliver the internal communications strategy aligned to business priorities.

  • Translate organisational goals into targeted communication plans.

  • Operational communications
    • Oversee internal communication channels to maximise reach and engagement.
    • Ensure key updates, priorities, and performance messages are clear and consistent.
    • Support delivery of business plans by connecting colleagues to goals and expectations.
    • Enable leaders and managers to communicate confidently with their teams.
    • Work closely with external communications to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Change and transformation
    • Partner with project and change teams to support successful delivery of change initiatives.
    • Develop communication plans that drive understanding, adoption, and engagement.
    • Simplify complex information into clear, audience-focused messaging.
    • Support leaders to communicate change with clarity and confidence.
  • Content creation
    • Create and edit high-quality content including announcements, presentations, and key messages.
    • Develop engaging multimedia content such as video and visual assets.
    • Ensure all communications are accessible, on-brand, and audience-focused.
  • Measurement and continuous improvement
    • Track and evaluate communication effectiveness and engagement.
    • Use insight and data to improve channels, messaging, and approach.
    • Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and best practice.
