We’re looking to recruit our next Senior Manager to join our Engineering team. This is a really exciting role and time to be joining our busy Engineering team here at Hutchison Ports UK, Port of Felixstowe. Currently, the department are working through progressive projects and initiatives in line with our sustainability commitments – with this in mind we are looking for someone who can be proactive, driven and a tenacious leader to be part of that journey.
The successful candidate will hold significant experience in senior engineering, project, technical and asset management, with demonstrable collaboration and communication skills to influence at all levels.

The Recruitment Process - What is involved?

In this process you should expect to have two interviews, both of which will be face to face. The initial interview to be conducted the week commencing 16th February 2026. The successful applicants will then be progressed from the interview to the second face to face interview, which will take place with the Executive team between 9th - 20th March 2026. After the interviews, we will be in touch as soon as possible to let you know if you have been successful.
Hutchison Ports UK is able to sponsor skilled worker visas in cases where the role fits the requirements set out by the UK government. Please refer to the government website to understand the requirements needed. In cases where a post-study visa is used initially, it may be the case that the skilled worker visa requirements will not be met once this visa has expired.
