Port of Blyth are recruiting for a Commercial Executive to join the training division, Port Training Services (PTS) to help maintain and grow their customer base across all of their target markets (Ports, Logistics, Warehousing and Offshore Renewables & Subsea).
Location: Energy Central Learning Hub, Quay Road, Blyth, NE24 3PA
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactive business development to source new clients (telephone, email, face to face meetings, trade events).
- Account management of existing PTS clients.
- Provide a high-quality service to all customers.
- Ensure all associated administration processes are managed and maintained to the highest level (e.g. CRM).
- Work to suggest continuous improvement of administration processes.
- Work with the Head of Training and finance department to track and maintain invoicing.
- Be a proactive member of the PTS team.
- Support the wider PTS administration team, be aware of activity in the absence of colleagues.
