Responsibilities
As a receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a smooth and efficient service for our guests when checking in and out of our reception areas. You will deal with all guests’ queries and will provide a prompt and professional service to exceed their needs and expectations.
Qualifications
Individuals with exceptional front facing and telephone customer service skills, who can build an excellent rapport with guests, and provide excellent product knowledge of the park’s experiences and services. You will have the ability to remain calm under pressure whilst managing guest complaints and providing a resolution within a timely manner. Previous experience working in a front of house/customer focused service delivery role is desirable.
Contract Details
This is a permanent, flexible hours contract. Rate of pay is £10.85 for under 21’s and £12.71 for over 21’s. Working hours may vary between 16-32 hours a week with occasional fluctuations. Job shares considered. Working hours will include weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays.
