We’re looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital strategy and drive growth across all our products and services. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for shaping the customer journey, maximising engagement, and delivering measurable revenue growth across day visits, short breaks, weddings & events, experiences, and fundraising initiatives.
You’ll develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies, spanning paid media, SEO, email, social, and website optimisation, ensuring campaigns are data-driven, highly targeted, and optimised for conversion. As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you’ll collaborate closely with Brand, PR, and Technology teams to deliver innovative campaigns and seamless digital experiences. This role also involves leading and developing a growing digital team, managing budgets, and championing the use of technology and analytics to inform strategy. You’ll play a pivotal role in our digital transformation agenda, including new website development, advanced CRM segmentation, and marketing automation, ensuring the highest standards of customer experience.
The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and creative, with a proven track record in performance marketing, team leadership, and delivering measurable results across multiple channels. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our digital presence and make a significant impact on our ambitious growth plans.
Who Are We Looking For
We’re seeking a strategic, results‑driven digital marketing leader with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role. You’ll have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital channels, ideally within e‑commerce, hospitality, travel, leisure, or visitor attractions. The successful candidate will be an expert across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, conversion optimisation, and CRM – specifically with strong hands‑on experience using HubSpot. You’ll have experience managing budgets and delivering strong ROI, and you’ll be highly analytical – comfortable using tools such as GA4, Tag Manager, and other marketing automation platforms – to translate insights into actionable strategies.
We’re looking for a collaborative, adaptable leader who can inspire a team, work across departments, and deliver seamless customer experiences across multiple digital touchpoints. If you are data‑driven, innovative, and passionate about creating exceptional digital journeys, we want to hear from you.
