Port is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on the Mid-Market segment across EMEA to join our go-to-market team during a critical phase of growth. This role is designed for an SDR based in London, working in a hybrid model with three mandatory in-office days per week at our WeWork location near Waterloo Station.
In this role, you will engage platform engineering, DevOps, and engineering leadership teams at Mid-Market companies across EMEA. You will run targeted outbound motions, qualify opportunities with technically sophisticated buyers, and act as the first point of contact for many prospects in the region. This role is ideal for someone comfortable selling technical SaaS products, collaborating closely with teammates in person, and holding high-quality business conversations with senior engineering stakeholders in a fast-moving, AI-forward environment.
Responsibilities- Own outbound prospecting efforts across Mid-Market accounts in EMEA, with a primary focus on the UK and Europe.
- Conduct discovery and qualification conversations with platform engineering, DevOps, and engineering leadership teams.
- Research and prioritize high-potential Mid-Market accounts and buying personas.
- Execute personalized, multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone) tailored to Mid-Market audiences.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales-ready opportunities.
- Use AI-enabled sales tools to improve outreach relevance and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure Mid-Market messaging alignment.
- Stay current on platform engineering, AI agents, and developer productivity trends relevant to Mid-Market organizations.
- Maintain accurate CRM activity tracking, notes, and reporting in HubSpot.
- Support regional campaigns, virtual events, and in-person team collaboration as needed.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, or a related role.
- Experience selling into Mid-Market B2B SaaS or technical buyers preferred.
- Ability to confidently discuss technical concepts such as platform engineering, DevOps workflows, or AI-enabled systems.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed pipeline generation targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems; HubSpot preferred.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability and willingness to work from WeWork Waterloo at least three days per week.
