We act as the central nervous system for engineering, enabling platform teams to unify their stack and expose it as a governed layer through golden paths for developers and AI agents. By combining rich engineering context, workflows, and actions, we help organizations transition from manual processes to autonomous, AI-assisted engineering workflows while maintaining control and accountability.
As Port continues to grow, we are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to partner with our Account Executives in the mid-market and enterprise territories. You will lead the technical strategy for high-stakes deals, requiring a unique blend of engineering rigor and strategic sales intuition. Own the technical execution of complex enterprise sales cycles with 6–7 figure ACVs, navigating multiple stakeholders and high-stakes requirements.
Work with Account Executives to define and fine-tune sales strategies, integrating technical insights. Provide feedback to our Engineering and Product teams, sharing front-line intel about customer needs and market demands. A collaborative spirit, eager to work alongside sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure Port's maximum market impact.
You’ll be the tech wiz amidst a talented group of Account Executives, deepening their pitches with your technical know-how. Sales forecasting meetings will be richer with your presence. And, of course, key collaborations with our VP of Sales, CEO, CTO, and Engineering team will be essential.
