At , we are building an open and flexible Agentic Engineering Platform for modern engineering organizations. We act as the central nervous system for engineering, enabling platform teams to unify their stack and expose it as a governed layer through golden paths for developers and AI agents. By combining rich engineering context, workflows, and actions, we help organizations transition from manual processes to autonomous, AI-assisted engineering workflows while maintaining control and accountability.

As Port continues to grow, we are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to partner with our Account Executives in the mid-market and enterprise territories. You will lead the technical strategy for high-stakes deals, requiring a unique blend of engineering rigor and strategic sales intuition. Own the technical execution of complex enterprise sales cycles with 6–7 figure ACVs, navigating multiple stakeholders and high-stakes requirements.

Work with Account Executives to define and fine-tune sales strategies, integrating technical insights. Provide feedback to our Engineering and Product teams, sharing front-line intel about customer needs and market demands. A collaborative spirit, eager to work alongside sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure Port's maximum market impact.

You’ll be the tech wiz amidst a talented group of Account Executives, deepening their pitches with your technical know-how. Sales forecasting meetings will be richer with your presence. And, of course, key collaborations with our VP of Sales, CEO, CTO, and Engineering team will be essential.
