As a Vehicle Coordinator, you\’ll manage the inventory, logistics and preparation of vehicles within the Centre. In this role, you are vital to ensuring all new and pre‑owned vehicles are properly tracked, inspected and ready for sale or delivery. You\’ll work closely with the sales, service and teams to streamline vehicle flow from acquisition to customer handover. In addition, you\’ll play a key part in ensuring the standards of the Porsche Centre are upheld, displaying vehicles professionally and in accordance with the Porsche brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring incoming and outgoing vehicles, reconcile with internal records and dealer management systems
  • Coordinating vehicle transport and ensuring showroom or deliver ready condition
  • Oversee delivery timelines, ensuring necessary documentation is processed with 3rd parties (e.g. transporters)
  • Support the sales team by locating, staging or moving vehicles for test drives, customer appointments or deliveries
  • Ensuring sold vehicles are priorities for preparation and delivery
  • Organise and maintain the vehicle display and parking of the Centre
  • Assisting in signage and merchandising of the vehicles
  • Handle vehicle transfers between group Centres

Minimum Skills & Qualifications

  • Be aged over 21 and hold a full UK Driving Licence for at least 2 years (for insurance purposes)
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems and scheduling/tracking software
  • Good IT skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel to an intermediate level
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience of working in a large franchised automotive dealership
  • Working knowledge of vehicle registration or auction processes
