As the Motorsport Specialist you will assist the Motorsport Manager and Motorsport Assistant Manager in the running of Porsche Carrera Cup GB and Porsche Sprint Challenge GB. In addition to the above, you will manage the Porsche Esports programme (Porsche Esports Carrera Cup GB, Porsche Esports Sprint Challenge GB and any other Esports related initiatives) and all Motorsport related Marketing activities and communications (including social media) as well as manage and procure our Championship Sponsors and Partners.
Responsibilities
- Support Motorsport Manager in planning and delivering Porsche Carrera Cup GB and Porsche Sprint Challenge GB events
- Manage procurement and relationships with championship sponsors and partners
- Manage Porsche Esports programs including Carrera Cup GB and Sprint Challenge GB, overseeing budget, business case, and reporting.
- Lead all motorsport marketing activities: social media growth, campaign promotion, events, and official publications
- Oversee sale of Porsche race cars in compliance with Group directives
- Handle driver registrations for Porsche Carrera Cup GB ensuring compliance with all directives
- Coordinate with Porsche AG and internal departments for consistent motorsport event management
- Attend the majority of Porsche Sprint Challenge GB and Porsche Carrera Cup GB events (9 out of 10)
- Oversee motorsport-related finance, purchasing, supplier projects, and legal compliance including contracts
- Collaborate continuously with motorsport team members to ensure smooth operations across all areas

- Experience in marketing, preferably in automotive or motorsport sectors

- Strong communication and project management skills
